One, they’d get up. Two, they’d accomplish a success. Three, they’d start the day with confidence by doing something that took discipline; something that is hard for a lot of people to do every day.
I agreed to take the challenge and have succeeded most days. But today, one of my not so good days, I found that our conclusions was spot on. An Admiral in the Navy and former Navy Seal, William H. McRaven, told the graduating class of 2014 at the University of Texas at Austin the key to changing the world.

If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.

He explains why at around 19 minutes and 20 seconds into this video. His thinking on this simple little thing that matters, verifies that my son and I were not too far off of a powerful truth. Watch and Enjoy!

I personally enjoyed his comments about the munchkin boat crew and all they could do with their tiny little fins. To all you little people you’ll love just what they could pulled off!
Best of Success,

A few weeks ago my son and I were talking about the book I had just finished, The One Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results, by Jay Papasan and Gary Keller. “So what is the key one thing that we need to do everyday that will help us get to our goals?” Crazy […]

[3
